I've been lurking for a while and after looking fondly at others beautiful pipes I decided to show off some of mine and wanted to begin with my Tanshell. I've listed this once before. I had it pack up ready to be shipped off to be refurbed then I promptly forgot. It got moved then misplaced. About a year ago I found it and decided what the heck I'll just buff it up a bit and keep it as is. All it has had done was the bit soaked in Oxyclean followed by some light rubbing with a magic eraser. It still shows some oxidation so I guess I'll buff it with some microfibers. The briar was cleaned gently with a toothbrush when the first set of pics were taken. I recently polished it up with some carnuba wax by hand. It is a great smoker and I love it to death. By far my favorite pipe.
