The great bassist Donald “Duck” Dunn smoked a pipe in one of the greatest musicals of all time, “The Blues Brothers.” May I request Jake and Elwood’s version of Soul Man. Disclaimer: I am only about 1/3 of the way through the episodes. If this has been done then disregard.

Not sure, but I don't think they did the song in the movie, the original was recorded by "Sam and Dave".

Sam and Dave are the original. Dunn did record on Briefcase Full of Blues which included Soul Man
