I think it's from Brigham (Canadian Pipe Company) (made in Germany...tobacco)
The government here in Ontario are trying to outlaw tin tobacco as well....sucks !!

I spoke with Brian Levine of Brigham Pipes at the Kansas City Show and he confirmed that Brigham was releasing tobaccos under the Mr. B's name, as Canada won't allow a pipe company to put its name on tobaccos. Will the idiocy never cease?

Just picked up a Mr B's English Mixture at my lock B&M place here in Montreal, Canada and have already had two bowls and it has a great taste. It's a mild smoke and the aroma is very interesting and kind of sweet no after burn the only bad thing I have to say is the price $25 taxes included for a 50g pouch.
