Missouri Meerschaum Reverse Calabash "Cob Wasp" Pipe

The newest offering from Missouri Meerschaum. I believe it was designed by Chris Morgan. A rarity, it's a rather attractive reverse calabash. The only thing I find unattractive about it is the price tag, $50. Seems a bit much to me for a corn cob. As much as I like the appearance I'm definitely passing on this one because of the price. If it was $35 I'd definitely grab one. I just can't justify $50 for a corn cob pipe.

I have to agree with you on this one. The shape just did not do anything for me and the price sealed the deal. I got a cobbit instead.

I just don't like the look, but love any innovation/additions to the MM line. So I am glad it's out there.

Wow, Corn Nuts, I remember those from my teen years. Would never eat them now with a mouth full of crowns. Alas age does take it's toll.

I grabbed one of the naturals from SPC, have yet to decide if I am going to smoke it, or keep it on pristine display.
