Today a lot of old estate pipes I won on ebay came in. I was surprised when at the bottom of the pile of pipes was a meerschaum. It seems to be in good condition as well....except that the stem that it has is obviously not the original stem. Even worse, the stem that is currently (well was currently, I took it out) doesnt even fit well at all. I like the pipe a lot, and am thinking about getting a new stem for it. I know that it is a fairly easy process with briars, however I havent ever heard anything about replacement stems for meers. Does anyone know anything about this?
