Are McClelland's bulk offerings ever known to go on sale for a good % off? I'm itching to stock up on their various Virginia bulks, but will wait if they tent to get discounted at regular intervals.

On Monday of this week Mars Cigars, which had a good inventory for a small business, had everything 25% off. I got a couple pounds of bulk McClelland blends. But the big two online seller's have site wide sales a couple time a year, on top of monthly specials.
That Mars deal is smokin'. That's a heck of a deal by the LB.
