In what proportions do you recommend I make a base of 5100 and 5105? I am going for a very, very tangy, though sweet blend that will be pressed.

Maybe put some C&D Bright Ribbon in the mix...2:2:1? I've smoked 50/50 C&D and 5100, very tasty.
