This is a non-alcoholic malt soda, of which there are a few. The unique thing about this one is that it is brewed with hops :) I find it pairs very well with stronger tobaccos and serves to cleanse the palate better than most non-alcoholic beverages after a good smoke. It has a molasses and bran cereal flavor with a hoppy aftertaste. Many people don't like it, so you may not enjoy this.
I find it at my local Target on the lower shelf of the soda section. You may also find it in the "hispanic" section of a food store.

In the old days Hatuey beer (ale) was sold in Cuba, and the label showed an Indian chief, so that you went up to the bar and ordered it by asking for an Indian Chief. In the post-Castro days, manufacture was moved to Florida, same label, and claims to be the same thing--very popular with the Cuban community.
