Is Maigurs still making pipes? He had some serious talent but I don't think he has a website anymore. He also doesn't appear on Smoking Pipes new pipes list anymore.

His pipes are offered on other pipe sites, Two Friends Pipes, Scandpipes, Quality Briar and Smokers Haven just to name a few.

I have seen several new Knets listed this last year, Two Friends just put one up the other day. It does not appear that he has retired.

I haven't talked to Maigurs since last year. At one point, he had left his full time jobs and was only making pipes, so production would have been a lot higher then. When I talked to him last year he had given up on full time pipe making, and decided he'd rather make money for a living :lol: SO, I'm sure production is lower again now that he is back to working a full time job.

Just goes to show how tough it is to make a living with pipes !
