MacBaren Virginia No. 1 Part 2

Hi all, I just smoked this through one of my new cobs and man oh man does it taste great. I have tried some Peterson University Flake and it did not taste nearly as good as Mac's Virgies to me. I like the really natural sweet note of virginias and would like to know if any of you out there have smoked some virginias that have an even sweeter taste as that is something I really want to try. Please and thank you.

I have not tried this but the local BnB store only has Macbaren tinned tobacco's and Erinmore besides their bulk tobacco. I've been curious about it but I'm finding I'm not as big on Va's. I'd like to see the opinions on this.

For a sweet Virginia, try Rattray's Marlin Flake. The addition of a pinch of Perique gives it a stewed fruit taste to compliment the sweet Virginias.

McClelland 5100, aka Red Cake, is a nice sweet VA. If red VAs don't bother you, give it a try. I also mix it with 16% Perique for a little spice and fruity flavor. Great stuff.
