Here is my review of this blend that will be making its debut at the 2011 Chicago Pipe Show next weekend:

Excellent review as per normalemente' Bob.
Mac Baren HH Highland Blend sounds very interesting.
I like Scotch, Latakia, and Mac Baren Plumcake.
I should like will like this very much.
I am adding this to my "must try" listing.

    Thanks.

If at first you don't succeed you are running about average.

Already have a request for order in at the B&M. Should be a hit for MacB.

I think this one is going to be a hit. It is really good, and I think will have a very wide appeal as it crosses over several genres.

Sip a belter of a latakia blend - blow it into a tulip-shaped glass with a cask strength highlander/speysider - nose it. I'm drinking the Springbank 10 yo 100 Proof (57% - a Campbelltowner to be exact). The spicy oak, elegant sherry, maritime note, and the cheese/ginger complements it. Pair up really smoky stuff will lightly peated and strong whisky - it'll keep you entertained for quite a while.
