Brilliant! I would love to see the county's response to the sixth point. Violating the Rules of Professional Conduct is somewhat serious.

Wonderful letter...great lawyer...I especially liked #5.
There is no violation of the Constitution, common law, common sense or sanity in general that would surprise me these days...especially if it's in the People's Republic of New Jersey.

I'd like to see the townships response. This lawyer made many points. I wonder if the poweres that be listened, or tried to push on with their own agenda.
