Earlier this year I hunted down and purchased a brick of La Escepcion, I think it weighed around a half pound and was cheaper than the postage from Spain.
It is a very one dimensional, STRONG, cigar tasting tobacco. It is pretty much what I thought it would be. The tastes of this tobacco is so different & strong, when I do, I can only smoke it in a dedicated cob.
I do NOT recommend this particular tobacco simply because it is not that good IMHO. For me it was purchased to simply satisfy a curiosity more than anything else. If anyone has the same curiosity, I'll be happy to send samples to fulfill their curiosity free of charge including postage with absolutely nothing in return.

Can you post a picture of it?
I'd be interested to see what it looks like!
I've never even heard of it, does it originate in Spain?

It originates from the Island country south of Miami. IMHO it is only chopped up, uncased or flavored, cigar scraps.
