I just finished an easy restore on this Kaywoodie Drinkless. Its been several years since I worked on a Kaywoodie. This one belongs to my son-in-laws friend in Louisiana. He found it at a flea market. It's remarkably intact - four hole stinger, decent nomenclature and the stem/bowl were in great shape.
I'll do a Reborn Pipes article on it, but first I wanted to be able to date the pipe. I found that the now gone Kaywoodie forum is really missed! Unfortunately the shape number is not visible, but I believe that this is the Yacht shape. (No. 1)
Here's a 1947 catalog shape (shows the logo on top of the stem)
Here's what I know for dating clues. From these details and this the thread below, I believe the pipe was made between 1929 and 1932 (Dave G has a similarly stamped pipe in that thread)

Clover Stem logo - on top of the stem (most I found on line are on the side)
Four Hole Stinger - with Reg. No 213698 and Drinkless
Syncrostem ""PAT. APP. FOR"
KBB logo - in the cloverleaf
