I went by Joe Skoda's table at the Chicago Show and saw an amazing pipe. The pipe even came in its own handcrafted case. I took a couple pictures that don't do this pipe and case any justuce.

The case is probably 12 inches across and is just wonderful looking.

The pipe itself is mushroom shaped. Across the top it is about 5 inches wide. The actual bowl is probably two inches or so across and three inches deep.

I didn't take it our of the case but I can tell you that at the bottom of the base of the bowl Rolando Negoita fashioned pretty substantial silver starburst. The stem has alternating inserts of vulcanite, wood (boxwood I think) and a processed turguoise material.
