There's several burleys in this blend, which comprises most of what you will taste. There is uncased burley as well as cased burleys, because it's a little too sweet and nutty for them to be totally uncased, though there is a little sharpness from what wasn't cased. The latakia is a moderate addition, adding a mild smokey and woodsy flavor. The Virginia is slightly sweet and acts mainly as the base for the other ingredients. There's not much of it here. The tobaccos are small broken cut flakes with a little ribbon cut. It is fairly dry fresh out of the tin, and is very easy burning with hardly a relight and no dottle. A fairly comfortable smoke for those looking for a little latakia and a little Virginia with their burleys.

As always Jim, your straightforward review is very much appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to write it. Before I try a new tobacco blend, I will often check this forum to see if you have reviewed it.
