An Iwan Reis blend. A medium sweet English/aromatic with a berry topping and light plum hit here and there. There's a slight smokiness from the latakia, which also adds a little strength to the taste. The burley isn't very noticeable nor is the Virginia, but they show up to wave at you a few times during the proceedings. The Orientals and perique play with the flavor some, but in a minor way, adding some sourness and a hint of spice. The mixture isn't as complex as it may seem, but there's enough variety to keep you interested. Not quite an all day smoke, I found it works better for me in a smaller bowl as a change of pace smoke. More of a two and a half star blend, but certainly not a two star. I enjoyed it enough to give it the benefit of the doubt.

Once again, a very nice review! Does not sound like a blend for me. Thanks Jim...
