Jeff Gracik of J Alan pipes makes a shape that he calls a Nautical Dublin, inspired by his love of sailing.
Last week I picked up an older estate in this shape as well as a new pipe that he had just made in that shape. These two are below, with the estate first.

Jeff makes stunning pipes. I literally drool at his IG posts. Little out of my range right now but would live to own one someday.
Plus being named Jordan Alan it'd be cool owning a pipe stamped J Alan.

Jeff does some great work...and also happens to be one of the nicest guys in the business! We've run into him at several shows this year and always is willing to give some advice along the way....

I'll give the carver the nautical association; he's not doing a boat model, just a suggestion of a prow.

I really like the stem treatment on that top pipe, an effortless seeming dash of style. I like the solidity

of these.

...also like the slight asymmetry ... an ease with not keeping things too engineered looking.
