For what its worth, I have an Iwan Ries pipe made by Savinelli, and it's a great smoker. It's stamped "Iwan Ries" and "Made in Italy" along with a Savinelli shape number, though no "Savinelli" stamp. Iwan Ries is a very reputable tobacconist, and I would not hesitate to try anything they would put their name on, though I am not familiar with the line you're asking about.

From Pipedia

The Nature's Bounty line of pipes were made for Iwan Ries and Company in the 1960s and made in Denmark. Unfortunately, only speculation exists as to who made the pipes, with Teddy Knudsen and Sixten Ivarrson both suggested as candidates. They were stamped with "IRC" for Iwan Ries and Company over Nature's Bounty over Handmade in Denmark. Examples seen include several freehand pipes with plateau.

I have a Peterson Kapp-Royal 79 with an IRC stem. Found out that it was a collaboration between the two companies starting in 1969.

Just refinished the pipe and cleaned and polished the stem last week. It seems to be a great smoker.
