   If it's just a dozen or so Ebay customer service employees you're killing? I can't help but think that there must be exemptions in most capital murder laws that cover Ebay people, personal injury lawyers other similar low-lifes.

   I don't do eBay. My wife's business depends on it.

   I still don't do eBay. IMO, really sux if you do.

   I don't do Ebay either, at least not for a few years. Tried to "buy it now" on one single item and they managed to screw it up.

   I think it depends on the jurisdiction. OJ certainly has a distinct view on your question.

   I finally got the right customer service rep at Paypal (ALL SING PRAISE TO JOE) who fixed the problem without any real fuss at all, took him about 5 minutes. I asked him why those I'd spoken with before couldn't have done the same, he said they could, if they knew what they were doing.....I really liked that kid.
