Are these three blends considered to be created after 2007? Or because they were re leased considered old blends before 2007? Inquiring minds want to know.

If they weren't actively marketed and imported in Mid-Feb 2007 in the US they're considered post-2007 blends

Yup, anything re-introduced to the market will be treated as a brand new blend, unfortunately.
