I had a bowl of Irish Cream earlier today. Stupidly I never thought to ask the girl serving who the maker was, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. The creamy notes from the bag are gorgeous and do come through the smoke to a small extent. Taste-wise it proved to be an extremely mild smoke, which I was kind of expecting (and hoping for).
