I was going to smoke my Kaywoodie Canadian, but I canged my mind and went with my Meer-Lined Whitehall Billiard. I'm glad I changed my mind. I forgot how good of a smoker this thing is. I don't know why it's been so long since I've smoked it.

I've got an old Whitehall. It's a 1/4 drop Dublin. It seems they were made either in England or Italy. Mine says "Imported from Italy".
It's the only drugstore pipe I have left that I smoke regularly.

I got mine at Pauls Pipe Shop. It was half off because there was oxidation on the stem and a piece of the finish chipped off on the shank. So it cost me $18. Pretty good for a new meer-lined pipe.

I just smoked a pipe yesterday that I had not smoked in a couple of months. I had a great smoke out of it and I said to myself I need to smoke this more often. I have stayed away because it does have an acrylic stem, but it was still a joy to smoke. It is funny how we will let a pipe sit for a while and when we do go back to it, we shake our heads and ask why.
