Newminster Superior Navy Flake, it is so saturated in honey and sweetness, that I just wring some out over my coffee in the mornings. Very light in flavor, but sweet. You will want to lick your fingers after rubbing out a flake. Good stuff.

It all depends on what flavor and how much you want to spend. Peterson has some great ones, as does frog Morton and even dunhill. All depends on your price range. Www.pipesandcigars.com is a great site with great prices and a good selection, but around here the sky is the limit. Any specifics you'd like in a sweeter tobacco?
If you want a milder and sweeter tobacco than non-aromatics, I would suggest Pease's Virginia Cream. Is full virginia flavor with the lightest brush of vanilla. It's like smoking pure Virginia in a pipe that normally smokes Vanilla.
"Mild" is a matter of personal tolerance for nicotine. And "sweet" could mean natural tobacco sweetness or the addition of toppings associated with sweet desserts.
I consider a pure Va flake like Dunhill's both mild and sweet. In fact I find it sweeter to the taste than any aro I have ever smoked.

I find Virginia Cream rather strong and harsh compared to the above-mentioned Dunhill Flake, and the casing is so heavyhanded with VC that I get no Va taste at all, just a cloying dose of bourbon. And perhaps as a result of that, while the aroma may remind of something sweet to eat, I taste no sweetness in the smoke, whereas with the DF I do.

In aromatic tobaccos, sweet has a thousand forms -- cherry, vanilla, caramel, apricot, plum, honey, chocolate, rum, whiskey, apple brandy, and 120 others. Wandering through online retail tobacco, it appears that aromatics are the majority of sales and somewhat drive the market. I'm mostly a non-aromatic smoker, but I know who's providing the revenue stream for the blenders I depend upon.
Though I have yet to try it, and I'm unsure as to whether you can even get it in the US, I've heard that Mac Baren's Original Choice is a great, mild, sweet baccy.
