and, yes, that is a BENT PIPE. a Bjarne Copenhagen, in fact.

Anyone who takes issue with me smoking a bent pipe for a change will be doing 20 paces at dawn with me.

    That would work just fine!

I think it would be better if you had tobacco in the pipe.

    wow, I hadn't noticed that.

And I loaded it prior to the picture and smoked it right after.

That was some mighty fine air I was smoking. Need to remember that for my next round of purchases.

Nine year old whiskey ,a bent pipe . Whats next aged tobacco and a BMW .

Wow, such a variance of reactions...

    1. Yes, Coke Zero on ice, and whiskey, neat, in the smaller glass.

    2. Plastic elephant laying on its back, available here: http://www.pipesandcigars.com/pireel.html

    3. No BMW, but if I had BMW money, maybe a Mopar 10.

    4. 7 and 7 and a billiard panel are not unequal on terms with this at all. I just don't like mixing my whiskey any longer. I prefer to sip it. However, I must admit to a very occasional rum-and-coke, with Sailor Jerry's.

    5. Knob Creek is one of the better available whiskeys, but not priced so high that you wouldn't share it with friends. Maybe, in my estimation, about a notch or two higher than Makers Mark. Enough burn so that you know you have whiskey in the glass, but none of the jagged edges of many of the lesser brands. If you enjoy bourbon, pick up a bottle next time you are at the package store.

    6. Yes, the bent pipe. I have two, actually. maybe three if the GBD is to be considered a bent, although it may be more of a sitter. The Bjarne is for aromatics and sitting at the computer. Every man has to get in touch with his feminine side on occasion, at least so say the women in People Magazine. That is as close as I care to get to the abyss.

Looks pretty enjoyable. I'll have to try Knob Creek sometime. I usually have Maker's Mark on hand....

I'm a Scotch man instead of bourbon - but that being said, there are many worse things than a pipe and a wee dram of the water of life.

I love the Crown! I'm from Michigan though so I sometimes count myself as a Canadian red neck

I figured that was a given. I didn't show my lungs, yet a pipe was included.
