I'm attending a "Zombie Watching Event", and the food theme is anything and everything Cajun.
I've been looking at online sources and have found two that I like.
One is for a Crawfish Etouffee, and the other I might do is for Zesty Cajun Onion Rings.
I'm open to any suggestions. Keep in mind I will not be able to get things like Aligator. Much to my dismay. :crying:

I would recommend jambalaya. There are a million recipes available for the dish, and many of them are probably half-way decent. In other words, it's very difficult to screw up jambalaya. The pluses: it's easy to make, requires relatively simple ingredients, and you can make a ton of it without too much hardship(depending on the size of your cookware). So, you can feed a bunch of people, not break the bank, and jambalaya is usually a hit with most folks.
