Although I like the whimsy in the top photo, you don't look too happy to be wearing that hat. You look happier in the bottom photo, probably because you're smoking a pipe! So my vote is for the bottom photo.

It really depends, do you want to come across as fun and friendly, or someone who is very serious? I vote for fun. But, you do some important work in the pipe world, so you may want people to take you seriously at times.

I think I'll vote for "fun" as well. I use my company logo for mine. We at Nate like to portray a sense of professionalism to hide the fact we aren't a "we" or a company of any kind
