So today with my better half under the weather and my pulled broken tooth healing I decided to take a ride down to Gainsville GA to the little hole in the wall tobacco shop that carries all kinds of random tobacco, as well as some severely unsavory individuals from time to time lol. The shop owners are nice and are always pleasant to me no matter the mess of people standing around slurring and stumbling. I did find a few new tobacco's today! My night cap is on backorder so I picked up something new to me. I love the excitment of trying a new blend and opening a new tin of tobacco. Today I picked up Samuel Gawith Skiff which is the first thing I lit up in my pipe. LOVED IT! It reminded me of fishing with my father, just being out on the lake. He never smoked around me but there was somthing in it that reminded me of open water. The 2nd I tried when I got home which was Dunhill London Mixture, Also loved it seemed like a great all round smoke to just have at anytime. 3rd was CAO Bella Vanilla which I have yet to taste. I will be going outside shortly to sample that in my Nording. I have also become very happy with Maple and Rum by Sutliff its a nice anytime semi sweet aromatic of which I bought another pack.
The last thing I purchased was a pipe case for travel as I didnt not want my pipes banging around in the truck. So $67 dollars out the door and I was a happy boy and didn't wait the moment I got in my truck I was popping can lids to check smells and trying to decide which to get! Oh quick question does anyone actually like that Mac Baren Red Can? Bleh. I just can't get into it.
