Kevin,
I just realized that the day you're going to give your pipe speech is CINCO DE MAYO!!!
So in celebration of this cheesy day of stereotypes, I came up with the following stereotypical things you can do to WOW THE CROWD!!!
1. Wear a sombrero and one of those big multicolored shirts and when you walk up to the podium, say "HOLA AMIGOS!! COMO ESTA USTED??"
2. Make sure you are carrying maracas in one hand and a pipe in the other.
3. Start growing a huge fu manchu mustache. Totally vatos locos.
4. If someone asks you a question from the crowd, just respond by looking confused and say "no habla Ingles!!"
5. Buy everyone a round of margaritas.
6. It is ill advised to say "andale, andale, arriba" when you leave the stage. That might be pushing it.
Anyway, buena suerte amigo!! And don't worry about all this stuff being politically incorrect - if you were giving your speech on St Patricks Day, I'd insist that you dress like either a leprechaun or the lead singer of House of Pain, and if it was Easter, you could wear a rabbit outfit.

That would totally rock. And when he goes up to the podium, he can say HO HO HO!!!
I love it. At least people would pay close attention, they'd be scared out of their minds.

Honestly that drink sounds very kickass. If you substitute rum for the Cabo, I think that's a Dark & Stormy Night with pineapple juice

Ok, so let's sum up the stage presentation we're suggesting Kevin adopt to really wow the crowd:
Leprechaun outfit with huge fu Manchu mustache and Sombrero, carrying large basket of colored eggs (which we'll leave up to his imagination what to do with, but he'll possibly need them to throw at the crowd).
Prior to going on, he'll need to get good and loose on Mexican Leprechauns (recipe above).
He can then choose between one of the following routines:
