Yes I know it is after the West Coast Pipe Show, but I need direction. Last time I was in Vegas was the early 80's. I understand it has changed a bit. I am flying in this coming weekend. Is there a pipe shop in town I should visit? Is there a must see show? Please give me some advise.

Vegas Baby!!!
Okiebrad, as a resident who doesn't go to the shows, I'm of no help and sorry, there a zero even remotely decent pipe/cigar places.
But enjoy the town.
The best places in Vegas are just outside Vegas.

Rent a car and drive up to Zion. Or go see Death Valley.

I lived in Vegas for quit a while and have to agree that the best places in Vegas are outside of town. The areas around lake Mead are nice and as I now live in bfn Utah I can definitely recommend both Zion and death valley.

LoL it's changed a bit. No more .99 cent shrimp cocktails and cheap food. Some of the places I enjoy smoking cigars and pipes are at any of the high end hotels lobby or casino bars. The people watching is great. I've enjoy a late morning early afternoon pot of pressed coffee and cigars at Casa Fuente in the Caesar's Shops . I love a night at del Frisco's Patio on Paradise Road where you can eat drink and smoke. The Rhum Bar at Mirage is a great spot and the Big Smoke is this weekend so it should be filled with cigar smokers. The Big Smoke is expensive but a lot of fun. I never went to the Vegas version but I went in Chicago a few times years ago. I've been to En Fuego's lounge a few times. It's a friendly, more of a locals place with a in house roller and a card game always going. The Davidoff shop in the Venation Shop is really nice and fun to shop for a couple of expensive cigars. I'd really try and get to the Big Smoke if I were you. 8O

Also the "Fremont street experience" at night is pretty cool,... different, but cool.......... :D

I rode the High Roller during the day, also splendid views.
There are at least two Davidoff outlets in town. I happened by the one at Fashion Show or something like that; it's the other—@ Venetian?— that has a few pipes, according to the guy at the smaller outlet.

Tobacco Leaf. Two locations, neither one is close to the Strip but they are not bad little shops. More cigar forward but they carry some nice pipes, lighters and Dunhill, McClelland, MacBaren tins and I believe some Newminster bulks. 9400 S. Eastern Ave. and 7175 W. Lake Mead Blvd.
Mr. Bill's Pipe and Tobacco Shops. A lot of glass pipes/hookahs, scales, etc. but they have a large bulk tobacco selection (Lane/Dunhill/Stokebeye). Peterson, Dunhill and Suttliff tins. Some overpriced briars. Fun place to pick up some tobacco and maybe a black light poster :P. Closest location to the Strip is 4441 W. Flamingo Road.
Vegas rode the late 90's-early 2000's cigar wave pretty heavy with classy cigar lounges all up and down the strip. Many have gone away but Napoleon's at the Paris is very nice with cigar/cocktail pairings and a dueling piano bar. Bring your Platinum Card.
If you're a music fan, you need to visit Brooklyn Bowl at the Linq on the Strip. Eclectic mix of touring acts spanning from New Orleans Jazz to Death Metal and all points between. Kick-ass southern fried chicken, craft beer and... BOWLING! Lanes are right next to the stage. :puffy:
