I'm hoping someone can help me out with this, it's one of my grandfathers pipes and I would really like to get to the bottom of figuring out what it is. I believe I found the word imperial on it but it's very worn and I cant find anything else. It has a red dot with a white circle emblem on the stem and it has markings on the briar like a custombilt.pictures to follow

Sucks about the markings being compromised on some of those older pipes. I know that back when pipe smoking was very common, the more natty smokers would have their pipes polished up at the tobacconist's. Kept up appearances, but it's no good for us armchair pipe genealogists.

Well I figured it out finally. It's a pipe maker pipe. Can anyone tell me anything about this brand?
