I have tried for years to get information on the maker of this old estate pipe. It has some markings. On the silver band it says STERLING SILVER. On one side it say Made in London England. On the other side it says BRITISHER in script and underneath that, it says The Tol******* Bah Ltd. It is too faint for me to make out the remaining letters of the second work or to get a picture of it.

That second line sure looks like "The Tobacco Bar" to me. (You learn to read almost anything when you teach High School English).

Definitely a Comoys second, the circular Made In London is a dead giveaway. And the 332 shape is indeed a Comoys billiard as well. Also, The Tobacco Bar Ltd. is/was a tobacconist in Madison, Wisconsin. So, my guess is that your pipe was made by Comoys for this pipe shop.

I think Phil nails it, that is definitely a Comoy's COM stamp. "Who Made that Pipe" lists "Britisher" but UNK (unknown as the maker).
