My guess would be that these are Dutch in origin and the bowl is some sort of porcelain. I am sure others who know way more than I do will chime in.

Welcome to the forum. Nice set of porcelain pipes. I don't know much about these things but my first guess is Dutch followed by German or from Belgium.

You can actually smoke them. They are slip ware which means they are hollow and they turn a ghastly brown color if you smoke them. They are also very fragile as I dropped one in an Under Ground carriage in the days when you could smoke and they shatter very easily.
