I was gifted this pipe which looks to be a Comoy's Pebble Grain London England 15. However when researching it on Pipedia the shape number does not match anything and the stamping London England does not match what is listed for that stamping. So hoping for some expert advise on this. Thank you.

looking at the C on the stem,it is not a 3 piece drilling and the fact the stummel is stamped London England and not the rugby or football shape.

I would guess the pipe is post Cadogen takeover (1980s)from rebornpipes blog

Cadogan first changed the “C” to a single drilling with an inlay that had the “C” in the centre, and more recently it became a laser imprint.
