Hi fellow pipe smokers!

Can you please help me determine the worth of this pipe? I bought it few weeks ago in a garage sale but have no idea about the real price. There are no signs, model or reference number on the pipe. It looks unsmoked but has toothmarks on the stem (maybe it was used in a theatre?).

Thanks so much for the help!

Leather was a way of hiding unsatisfactory grain in the '70s and '80s much like rustication. Modern iterations of Jeantet pipes without leather can be had for under $70.

Moving this out of the classifieds section.
Leather wrapped pipes don't have much appeal to a modern pipe smoker. It's worth perhaps $25 on Ebay.

Yeah, "pigskin" pipes had a wide vogue, 50s-70s, and usually hid poor grain and/or fills. But it could be a fine smoker. Not likely to be really valuable. I'd start it at $25 and see where it goes.
