May God bless us with peace and good pipe tobacco throughout the coming year.

Happy New Year ... going to have some double-aged bourbon and a pipe shortly.

Best wishes for 2012. May it be a year of happiness, success and above all good health to you and yours.

"The fact is, squire, the moment a man takes to a pipe, he becomes a philosopher. It's the poor man's friend; it calms the mind, soothes the temper, and makes a man patient under difficulties. It has made more good men, good husbands, kind masters, indulgent fathers, than any other blessed thing on this universal earth."

Happy New Year to everybody, wish I could join y'all in a smoke, but sadly the woman is with me at the moment...

Happy New Years, just watched the ball drop.

And HOLY CRAP this year some people around here lit off the big fireworks ... not sky rockets you see on fourth of July but the M-1000 types, the 1/4 sticks of dynamite ka-booms ... in about the span of 2-3 minutes I must have heard 25-50 of them go off

Which is weird, I live in a suburb ... I can tell you for sure that the cops are running around with their big flashlights looking for firework lighters tonight lolol

And to echo what Lawrence said ... yeah, we could do some peace times for a change ... no more monthly KIA reports. I'm real glad that most of the guys (and gals lest I forget) are home to party it up this year.
