Last weekend before the big game I tossed a NY Strip on the grill. After having consumed it, I reached for a pipe and was trying to decide which tobacco. My brain kept telling me Three Nuns over and over. So, Three Nuns it was and I can't tell you what a great combination the two are together. Last night, I grilled another just so I could have the same experience. Oh, and a bottle of red wine (I ain't picky)is a great partner with the two.
