You had to be fast to see it on 'The Roosevelts' documentary last night, for just about 1 second a picture outside a storefront in the 30's showed a Granger Rough Cut sign behind a man in picture.

My dad chain smoked Granger from the time he was barely in high school until he quit cold turkey at age 65.

He switched off to King Edward cigars for a few years, then back to Granger. Owned one pipe at a time. I

still maintain a can of the stuff in memoriam, and like it as a smoke, though Dad always bought it in the pouches,

which came in a cellophane wrapped box. I think FDR and Jimmy Carter were the only Democrats he ever voted

for. He didn't trust a former movie actor as a President. He registered Independent. I think the Granger logo

pointer dog is among the great iconic tobacco packaging works of art.

I'm set with Granger for a long time, 4 tubs worth. Wonder if anyone here has any Granger artwork they could share?
