Glue to use on a Peterson Mount?

Hey guys,

Just came into an old Peterson 313 system with a loose nickel mount. What kind of glue should I use to secure it?

I just got exactly the same thing. I used gel super glue so I had time to be sure the mount was lined up before it grabbed for good. My 313 is in fine order now!

Peterson's uses a wood glue like Elmers. As you can see, thet don't get carried away with it. I've used clear nail polish in the past with good results when I was on the road but use Elmers now.
