With the new rules from the FDA will it still be legal to send Tobacco gifts from outside the USA?
If so then a meaningful gift exchange trade might be popular. If no money changes hands and the amounts are kept for personal use then is that within the law?
There's a few American tobaccos that we can't get in the UK and if there are any European tobaccos that Americans won't be able to get their hands onion the future then I don't see why a few birthday/Christmas gifts being exchanged across the Atlantic would be an issue!
