Always special when you get a new pipe in the mail but nothing prepared me for the overwhelming beauty of this Army Apple Crazy Bamboo from Roman Kovalev aka Dr’s Pipes. I broke out my 13 y/o sugar flecked Esoterica Stonehaven for the first keeping it smokey smoke.

I saw the thread title... Giddy As a Little Kid. Posts... 1.... Fishbanjo. And I knew it was a keeping it smokey post, and I knew it had to be an amazing pipe if you were giddy, with the pipes I've seen that you own. Lovely pipe! Enjoy the heck out of it! :clap:

Look at that blast! I've never seen anything quite like it. Getting grain like that is like pearls in oysters; it just has to be there. Wow.
