I have a Vertigo Governor Lighter and I am trying to figure out how to tell if it is full when I refuel it.
I hold it upside down and connect the fuel can and then hold it down for about 3 seconds (per the can) and then repeat. The fuel can says when it is full it will spray back.
well I have repeated this up to 20 times and I never get any spray back from it.
Am I doing it wrong or do not all lighter spray back when full?
