    As far as little kid food goes, it was always mac and cheese, chicken nuggets (oven, not fast food) and chicken noodle soup.

    Th things my mom has cooked for years that I love the most are her stuffed shells and spaghetti, she makes the best home made sauce. That is really the best of it, we ate a bunch of other stuff but really just alot of pasta

    Congress seems to believe that 'Children are our future' is a phrase coined by tobacco advertisers.

    Round steak or roast with rice and gravey with most every Sunday dinner. In the rotation was gumbo, spaghetti, meatloaf, white beans and ham.

    Breakfast was cold cereal or cream of wheat on oatmeal cooked on the stove and thick.

    I still love : spam, wieners, vienna sausage and potted meat. Fried spam sandwich with mustard is still a favorite.

    Looking back, we didn't eat fancy but always had plenty to eat.

    cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.......
