   So I made my first post a few days ago about my new found pipe passion and my recently purchased billiard meerschaum pipe.

   Well first hurtle, the online seller is taking the pipe back. I will be mailing it tomorrow.

   Having read this forum some of you know him, and the make, so hopefully I can post a great review of customer service.

   Storient? He seems to be the most well known of the Meer people around here... Will have to get a pipe by him some day.

   nope Eric we have nothing to do with this ebay seller.
   Atcowboy did not buy any Storient pipes..
   I think he is refering to this ebay seller.

   We never had a crack complaint since we use the most valuable meerschaum blocks.
