You did well. Max Rimensi is one of the finest Italian carvers working today, That is a seriously nice pipe.
Thank you thank you! I have been stalking a few of the moretti mortas I see on ebay. This pipe just blew them all away. I saw a Duca Morta Barone on Marty apulvers site but missed it about 8 months ago. Honestly this pipe is just perfect. Love the carver, love the shape, love the stem and Steve is a dream to deal with!

Outstanding, I have an Il Duca Conte Fiamatta briar with bamboo shank and it smokes so very well, I know you are going to love yours and having it be a Morta is icing on the cake, best smokes!
