I finally have some headed my way, and in preparation for the first bowl it would be neat to hear about people's past experiences.

Of course "the one you like most" is probably a good start, but it's always fun hearing a variety of opinions.

I originally used a small MM cob but now use a real meer that I bought cheap via Ebay. I use it for Condor and Ennerdale and I do not notice any crossover flavors between the two.

When I received my first order of Condor I had an unsmoked estate London Royal Bulldog, I thought it best to start out fresh with my first bowl so now it is designated to my Lakeland blends.

I have a small very old cased briar and a Kaywoodie meerschaum that I smoke Condor in. Both were deeply infused with a Condor ghost when I bought them. The old style Condor. Both pipes actually add something in smoking the present blend.
