Hi all, I know there's a lot of junk out there, but I do have my favorites. Like to hear what everyone else likes. I love Walking Dead, it's my number one. I also like Revolution and American Horror Story, which is waaaaay out there. As far as comedies, I think Modern Family and Parks and Recreation are tops. Ron Swanson rules, period. Best Mustache on tv. Lord help me, I have started to like Super Fun Night with Rebel Wilson, my guilty pleasure.

Forgot about Game of Thrones. It is one of the best, it just takes forever between seasons, but always worth it.

Forgot about Tosh.0. In the same vein, I also love America's Funniest Home Videos and Ridiculousness. My ultimate cable channel would be all 3 of those on 24x7.

From the recent/current series I've liked:
  • Ray Donovan[/*]
  • Homeland[/*]
  • Americans[/*]
  • Peaky Blinders[/*]
  • Ripper Street[/*]
  • Black Mirror[/*]
I've started to watch some but the writing is sometimes just too terrible or the plots too absurd for my liking. Couple of those include: The Following, The Blacklist

I don't watch a lot of current TV - I tend to wait until at least a season is out, and then catch up afterwards.
Currently, I'm catching up on Castle, and I need to get the last season or two of Burn Notice. I've heard that someone's redoing The Tomorrow People, which I remember fondly from childhood, and should probably start watching that as well.
Next on the list will probably be Grimm, and the Matt Smith seasons of Dr. Who (I stopped watching at the point he started - it just wasn't that good anymore, IMHO, and "Day of the Doctor" just kinda confirmed it for me).
All time favorites include Star Trek (original series and Next Generation, as well as Voyager), Stargate, Farscape, and Monty Python's Flying Circus.

I watch too much TV. I grew up with a very healthy appreciation of television and film.
I watch a lot of sports, so that takes up plenty of my time.
