What pipe shape do you guys find most interesting, personally......and looks best to your eye and the most artistic in your eyes and your overall favourite, one. Im not talking about a specific pipe brands model shape they released, just the name of the general shapes. If you had to pick a shape and for it to describe your personality forever and only smoke that one (shape) for the rest of your life as a way of people knowing you, what would it be? Mine is the Upside down poker.

Billiard, Dublin, bulldog, yacht, panel, pot, poker, Canadian, brandy ... I guess I'll stop, since this is supposed to be A FAVORITE shape.

My favorite shape is a Dublin followed by the Billiard and then Apple. I also like the Rhodesian and Brandy shapes. I have a single Cherrywood,Poker,Zulu and 2 Bulldogs to round out all the shapes in my collection.
I would never be happy with just one shape as I do like a certain amount of variety.

I don't know if it defines me in any way or even if it's the prettiest, but bent billiards seem to be the easiest for me to smoke. Half to 3/4 bent billiards, preferably lightweight with medium to medium-small chambers.

Smoking is one of the leading causes of all statistics.

They gotta be bent, conventional and, looking at my rack, pipe rack, I seem to favor a smooth finish.

Unless I'm mistaken, I think they were made by Jesse Jones.

I got on a Danish Freehand kick a couple of years ago and still have a couple of beautiful pieces in my collection, but for me, I prefer simplicity and function over whimsy any day. Give me a solidly engineered bulldog or billiard and I'm a happy guy. Although I have to admit, I wouldn't mind having a blowfish in my collection one of these days.

By far the straight billiard, as it also might well be one of the most difficult shapes to truly master and have great grain orientation. Because of its simplicity, the tiniest detail can disrupt its balance but also endless variations are possible .

That is correct. They were both made by Jesse Jones. He is currently working on a smooth one for me! Two failed blocks so far.Fingers crossed he finds the right one soon!
