I am looking at a Kaywoodie that has no number stamped into the side or bottom. Is this a real Kaywoodie? One side says Kaywoodie Standard Imported Briar. The other side is blank. I thought all kaywoodie pipes had the model number stamped on it someplace.
Please let me know if this a legit.
Thanks!

Sometimes Kaywoodie pipes made it out of the factory without model number stampings. This pipe looks like the real deal to me.

Safe bet then? It sure looks pretty but the absence of a number had me tripped up. What is a good price for this style?

Bobbited? As in John? It looks like a full length stem to me ;)
I'm sorry, but what does bobbited mean again?

I'm looking at my Kaywoodie right now.

Mine doesn't have a Model Number on it either.

By the way, that's a nice size and shape.
Bobbited, I assume means... Has the Stinger been removed.

Yeah, sorry, a little slow on the uptake SB. Nice bit of humor there!
The stinger is intact and overall the pipe looks to be in good condition. The bowl looks new which may indicate that it nas been refinished. Light chatter on the bit.

I kept my stinger intact also. I have a Drinkless and the stinger taught me

how to really slow down and not take deep puffs.
I recently got a (Savinelli)Prince shape, which I really like. Your Kaywoodie makes me

think along that line.
