I recently purchased a nice beater pipe from an Etsy shop called VintagePipes. It arrived FAST and packaged in a really nice bag filled with samples, pipe cleaners, a thank you note, and odds n ends. The guy was super nice and helpful and was a great experience! There are quite a few pipes for sale on there. It's a new pretty nifty shopping venue.

I've browsed on there but haven't pulled the trigger. The samples are an extra nice bonus. What kind of tobacco did he send you?

Etsy has been great for me,

moreso in the past than the present though --- haven't seen much as of late,

but I did recently score a rare old Ruddell's tin for $7 that I'm totally stoked on.

Lotsa good stuff there but navigation can be a pain.
My best find was an old still sealed cutter top tin of Balkan Sobranie #10,

an incredible find it was! (and cheap!) :)

Wow very nice score! Hadn't even looked for tins yet.
Ah,

the double-edged sword of public forums and the free sharing of information!
Just kidding...
...have at it!
I'm on a financial downslope as of late so I'm just an eyeballing browser anyway.
You may just get lucky if you persevere with daily browses,

something could pop up at any time!
I once found an old tin of unopened cigarettes for $10,

couldn't pass it up!
It was worth the small entry fee just to be given the pleasure of opening it up,

those old cutter tops are truly divine.

Shea, the guy that runs vintage pipes is about 20 minutes from me. Didn't realize til I received a pipe from him and thought, he could have just walked it here and saved on shipping. Good guy, great pipes.
